Founded in 2007, KC Concrete & Contracting has proudly served Montville, Connecticut, and the surrounding communities with a commitment to excellence in every project — large or small.

What began as a local contracting business under Kevin Costello, a Montville native, has grown into a trusted name in residential, industrial, and commercial hardscaping, landscaping, and general contracting. Kevin remains hands-on in daily operations, bringing his decades of experience and a meticulous eye for detail to every job site.

Today, the company is owned by Lindsey Kernozek and operated by Kevin Costello - a dedicated business couple whose shared values of quality, integrity, and community drive everything they do. Lindsey also owns APEX K9 Solutions, and together they bring both professionalism and a family-driven spirit to the KC Concrete & Contracting brand.

On any given day, you’ll find Kevin hard at work alongside his loyal “quality control officer's,” Elvis or Shrimp the German Shepherds, continuing the tradition started with his late companion, Abbott. Their presence symbolizes the care, consistency, and loyalty that KC Concrete & Contracting brings to every client relationship.
